These are trainings that enhance and enrich the applicant’s résumé and facilitate the professional integration without necessarily giving rise to a reclassification. They also consist in getting close to or taking interest in the chosen work environment in order to get accustomed to its requirements and realities. This process can be done through holiday internships, academic internships, visits to companies, replacements or pre-employment trainings. These courses can be done at secondary or higher education level, and even during the career. The applicant must also show a particular interest in core subjects related to the trades of their choice.
